Love Rekindled

I think I spoke too soon. Was rambling about finding love just as you were about to give up hope that you will never find the one. As I read further and then tonight later I shall watch that episode (maybe if slowtube isnt so slow today...) ..it seems that well, our foresight can be a bit wrong sometimes. In the end, it wasnt the quick love that we're looking for...it's the continuous support for us when we're down in the dumps and the encouragement that is given to pursue something that we would never try to pursue despite having an interest in it. In this case, a lost love came back at a moment when we had this 'oh here we go again' moment when we thought we finally found happiness. But turned out, as sweet as he turned out to be and who seems to not get enough of us (freaky too), an old flame came back.

OH....you mean mr right is right under our button nose?!!!

This may come out from an american drama....but hey, you'll never know right? He's juuussstttt......next to you..or within the same office building or in the same lift (i saw a cute in the office lift just now..tall..good looking too) so basically, there are endless possibilities. You just need to sniff him out..like you know..the type who is always there for you and in your closeted mind, you think that hey, he's too good for me. He wont like me more than a friend.

Oh man, cant wait to watch that episode even if I have to move backwards (watching the 'awww....' episode..followed by the trials and tribulations that they went through before that). This is coming from a person who has no qualms knowing who died in the movie or drama even before watching that damn movie.

Birthday Gathering & House Hunting

Last week, I celebrated a friend of mine's belated birthday together with another friend at her condo. Sadly, this would be the last time we would hold the celebration at her place because she has finally managed to sell off her condo unit after one year of looking for a buyer. Mostly we used the swimming pool facilities although the two of us didn't swim at all but just chill under the shade. We brought home cooked food and I really appreciated my friend for doing this for us, thinking about how the young son of a friend of us would love the swimming pool for kids. She is so selfless and kind to her friends and I'm truly blessed to have her in my life.  While one was selling off the house, the other friend was on the verge of getting a dream house for herself and her young son. In life, we have many priorities and things to look forward to. Each of our dreams and aspirations are different from one another, like for me, getting a house is not a priority at the moment.  ...

A Reminder to the Living

Recently, we lost our former President when he passed away at the age of 92. He was known to have his heart for the people although those who worked closely with him couldn't actually picture him as that for he was a taskmaster when it came to work. He did his own narratives and do the best that he could as he knew where he came from and wanted to make good out of his life.  He showed that the circumstances that we are in can't stop us from going far in life. We should continue to focus on our actions, has strong dedication and when things get difficult, look at the bigger picture and understand why we are here. Ultimately, we should all be working towards the purpose we have in mind which makes things easier to cope. Thank you for helping the Singaporeans especially those who needed help most.
