Random Pics in April

Yes, random pics are back! I know I kinda skipped March :S coz I was just not in a mood coz of my personal financial troubles. I would say it is a little bit better now and I try not to be so complacent and mismanage my finances. However, I know I still have to keep the family going and try to please my mum as much as I can and be a good girl that I am so I still use money on a daily basis to buy household stuffs and groceries. But I try my best to cut down my expenses. 


This week, I will get me some free munneh in the form of government payout and won't really get to spend them though it's er..free. It will just be used for future expenses. Okay, I may get one last make up item. I need an Urban Decay eyeshadow primer potion. Basically without that, eyeshadows look bleh. I wanted to get a really cheap kind but it was out of stock and they replaced it with a primer with a shimmery base. Not that I don't like it, but I think it's not really suitable for all eyeshadows, for example the matte coloured ones.


Oh by the way, I finally get my cheque, wooh! After a long period of waiting, though it's kinda expected coz I paid them quite late too so it's like a tit for tat they reimburse me late too..pfft. Anyway, lucky thing I paid my 2010 tv and radio license fees in full or they would have used this year's reimbursement to pay it off instead and I will be left with nil.

Not neglecting my skin no more! I like this moisturizer coz it has this instant brightening effect for a dull skin like mine.

They were both on promotion, I luv them both for morning spreads, so I bought both :S

Being a Teacher isn't Easy

I work with teachers but I'm not a teacher. I actually work in the admin department and I like my job though sometimes it can be challenging especially when I feel swarmed by it. Or when my boss keeps calling me for work related stuffs especially when she is doing the approval for payment or vetting through. So, the headache. Anyway, I can honestly say most teachers are really nice though some are really driving me up the wall. That or they are just simply aint nice but then, it is also because of their personality. A Reminder to the Living

Recently, we lost our former President when he passed away at the age of 92. He was known to have his heart for the people although those who worked closely with him couldn't actually picture him as that for he was a taskmaster when it came to work. He did his own narratives and do the best that he could as he knew where he came from and wanted to make good out of his life.  He showed that the circumstances that we are in can't stop us from going far in life. We should continue to focus on our actions, has strong dedication and when things get difficult, look at the bigger picture and understand why we are here. Ultimately, we should all be working towards the purpose we have in mind which makes things easier to cope. Thank you for helping the Singaporeans especially those who needed help most. Our First Group Meeting After Graduation

It has been a long time coming since the last time we met was on Graduation Day although I did meet up with 3 of them quite recently for a birthday celebration. I somehow never seem to miss out on any of the gatherings including the time when we went to a coffee shop after our stressful Econs exam papers. Still don't know how we survived that miraculously..haha.. Anyway, I've always been a silent supporter to this friendly bunch of people who always make me feel inclusive knowing that I am a lady of few words, haha.  We went to this restaurant called PU3 and although the service staff should really write down orders so that we don't always have to remind them that two of our drinks had not arrived get our orders wrong.
