Hi, I'm Rahayu going under the name rahayupopz because well, I thought it's such a cute nickname. Life has always been a struggle but I try to think about all the good things that I have in life and always on the look out in making my life and my family's life better. 

Therefore, to cope with life, I often blog to clear my thoughts out. Most of the time, I don't go back and read my blog posts out of leisure, except to re-read and edit any obvious spelling mistakes. So I'm not your typical blogger who earn income from blog posts. I do however receive orders through my other blog.

Currently, I'm pursuing a diploma in business practice in a local poly under a part-time basis. It's a tiring affair and I know that it's not going to be easy. But it's always tough in the beginning for something better in the future, right? Speaking of which, I do one day also hope to earn a degree from Uni-Sim so yes people, let's make this a dream come true, baby!

I also hope that with me advancing in my career prospects with paper qualifications, I can finally get to achieve my other dream of seeing the world. I am keen in wanting to go Australia & London. They're such beautiful countries and once in awhile,  one needs to get out of the heat in Singapore and experience a cold & beautiful weather. 

Of course, life isn't just about chasing paper qualifications. Life is about making decisions that will ensure a better life for ourselves and for our loved ones, not just fret about things that we can't control.

Being a Teacher isn't Easy

I work with teachers but I'm not a teacher. I actually work in the admin department and I like my job though sometimes it can be challenging especially when I feel swarmed by it. Or when my boss keeps calling me for work related stuffs especially when she is doing the approval for payment or vetting through. So, the headache. Anyway, I can honestly say most teachers are really nice though some are really driving me up the wall. That or they are just simply aint nice but then, it is also because of their personality. A Reminder to the Living

Recently, we lost our former President when he passed away at the age of 92. He was known to have his heart for the people although those who worked closely with him couldn't actually picture him as that for he was a taskmaster when it came to work. He did his own narratives and do the best that he could as he knew where he came from and wanted to make good out of his life.  He showed that the circumstances that we are in can't stop us from going far in life. We should continue to focus on our actions, has strong dedication and when things get difficult, look at the bigger picture and understand why we are here. Ultimately, we should all be working towards the purpose we have in mind which makes things easier to cope. Thank you for helping the Singaporeans especially those who needed help most. All in A Day's Work

It's funny how people get all flustered when people talk about them like speculating how they may have a crush on someone and they felt hey, these people have no business with me whatsoever so why don't they just shut their gap. But then when they talk about some other people's business like oh, you two should be together, and how's the progress, why don't you see her as someone special, blah blah blah...it's like they have every right to do so. Reality check. If you can talk about others in that manner and in their face like be some frigging matchmaker, why are you being so defensive when others talk about you especially when you air them in facebook? Doesn't make sense to me. If you don't want people to be nosey in your affair, stop airing them over in cyberspace and also don't be that nosey bugger as well coz you obviously hate it when people do that to you. Oh well.
